December 2 - Meet Grungo
In a distant corner of the Amazon rainforest, there lived a fearsome tribal warrior named Grungo. Known for his mighty war cries and unrivaled skills with a blowgun, Grungo was the stuff of legends in the forest. But one fateful day, as he sat perched on the river side, a mysterious portal opened before him, and Grungo was sucked into a vortex of swirling colors and flashing lights. Moments later, he found himself sprawled on the asphalt in a strange, noisy place. He was surrounded by towering buildings and bizarre contraptions that roared like wild beasts. Dazed and disoriented, he struggled to his feet, clad in nothing but his loincloth and tribal tattoos.
It was then that the leather-clad, tattooed, and bearded members of the Wild Road Reapers biker gang came roaring by. The bikers stopped and stared at Grungo in astonishment. Some laughed, some whispered, while others simply stared Their leader, Chains, with an impressive beard that could rival Grungo's tribal war paint, was the first to speak. He extended his hand.
"Hi there. You look a bit lost brother. Where are you from?"
Grungo was mystified by the strange jargon, but he accepted Chains' hand, curious about this world that he had never seen.
Eventually, the biker gang would accept Grungo as one of their own, never asking where he came from or about his past in general, as was the custom in this particular gang. He tried to teach them the art of the blowgun, but it never became very popular in the gang, and they gave him a shiny, black leather vest and also, in time, a motorcycle.
Grungo looked utterly comical with his loincloth poking out from under the vest, but he embraced the freedom and power that came with his new motorized steed. He even painted his face with the same tribal symbols he once used to terrify rival tribes. The Wild Road Reapers would go on many a wild ride through cities and the country, the wind whipping through Grungo's hair, and his loincloth flapping like a battle flag. He marvelled at the strange wonders of this world—vending machines that dispensed cans of strange, bubbly potions and devices that allowed you to capture images with the blink of an eye.
Grungo had been a fearsome warrior in his time, but in the world of the Wild Road Reapers, he was more like a jester, the clown, and the source of endless laughter. But in the end, he didn't mind. He had found a new tribe, and while they didn't appreciate his skills with a blowgun, they sure knew how to have a good time. So, Grungo, the ancient tribal warrior, rode with his new biker gang, bringing his unique brand of chaos to the modern world. Little did he know that their world would never be the same again.
